Trace a restarted batch back to its previous attempt

When a batch restarts because its previous attempt was aborted, the merge queue activity log now shows a link to that earlier batch. Clicking it opens the previous batch — including its checks and why it stopped — even after it has left the queue, so you can trace a restart end to end instead of hitting a dead end.
